\n\nWe&rsquo\;re launching a new Chamber event series designed to actually move the needle &mdash\; not just another &ldquo\;show up and smile&rdquo\; networking hour.
\n\n\;
\n\nFire Starters \;is our monthly networking coffee\, held the second \;Wednesday of every month\, 7:30&ndash\;9:00 AM. This is where members connect\, swap insights\, and build real business relationships\, hosted by Mike Nitz\, Gaines Chamber board member.
\n\n\;
\n\nBut we&rsquo\;re taking it a step further.
\n\n\;
\n\nOn the third Thursday every other month from 7:30-9am\, we&rsquo\;ll also host \;Fire Starters Roundtables \;&mdash\; small-group working sessions focused on \;growth\, accountability\, and execution. These sessions are facilitated by Chamber VP April Moayyer. \;
\n\n\;
\n\nThese Roundtables are where we:
\n\n&bull\; Get real about what&rsquo\;s working and what isn&rsquo\;t
\n\n&bull\; Identify specific business goals
\n\n&bull\; Talk through obstacles and sticking points
\n\n&bull\; Create action steps
\n\n&bull\; Hold one another accountable &mdash\; professionally\, respectfully\, and consistently

\n\nNo lectures. No empty motivation. \;Just real conversations\, real strategy\, and real results.
